"While on my way up north, my transmission was acting up in my truck. I came up short driving around Cadillac trying to find the ULV fluid required for 10 speed transmissions just in case it was low. I'm an automotive technician by trade so it pains me to have to ask another shop for help with automotive needs. The plug on the case was tight to the point where I couldn't get it off with the limited tools I had with me. The service department and one of their technicians were quick to help and they promptly got me in and back on the road!!! I was very pleased with their service department!!!"

"My husband has a 2016 Ford F-150 truck. For months it had a “squeaky “ noise. We took it to one service place, who heard the squeak, they ran some tests, charged us, and found “ nothing” wrong. We took it to another mechanic, he changed the belts, but the squeaky noise continued. At Fox Ford in Cadillac, the mechanic not only fixed the squeak, explained what was happening and why. An excellent, professional mechanic. I highly recommend Fox Ford Service Department to anyone who is having trouble with their vehicle."
"Very unprofessional service staff seemed like they just wanted to get me out of the office, went in a couple weeks ago to get a recall taken care of, set the appointment for last weds. I dropped the vehicle off and they didn't even have the part ordered but did an inspection and were quick to take my money to tell me nothing. The steering is loose and they cautioned it on the inspection when asked what was the issue specifically the service tech said he accidently hit the yellow and the vehicle was fine. Very unhappy with the experience."
