"I just stopped in to check out the renovations. I believe it’s under new ownership and they’re doing a fantastic job remodeling and making everything fresh and new. It won’t be long and this will be one of the cleanest and most updated motels in Eagle River!! I didn’t stay here I just checked in on the renovations to see how things were going and it looks fantastic!!"

"Room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was warm and the hottub felt great after a day of hiking. The location of this hotel is very good. We were able to walk to enjoy a number of different dining options nearby. We will definitely be back!"
"First we get there with our group of 10 (5 rooms). Booked these 3 weeks prior on the phone. No reservations held! Was able to get 5 rooms since they had vacancies. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Rooms were filthy and everything was very outdated. Floors were damp and mold in the bathroom. The back door had access to go sit out at the picnic table outside. But that door never locked so anyone could come and go. Lawn was overgrown and picnic table was broken. Overpriced at $180 a night."
"Hockey tournament meant this was home for a weekend. Promptly checked in, staff was friendly and the room was clean. Not super modern but homey and comfortable. Pool area is open 24 hrs a day for adults, kids have to be out by 10 pm. Decent breakfast choices and staff allowed us to use the common area for a potluck at the end of the day. After I checked out and left, I realized I left my phone charger. Went back to the front desk, she ran up and checked the room and when she returned with the charger, she did an extra sweep and found my daughters socks. Good people and would definitely return here!"
