"I switched to State Farm because the policy was cheaper and EVERY month I would get a notification from the app saying a different amount than I was told. I would contact Jeremy Crum, he would say "they don't know what they're talking about, I'm fixing it right now, just make your payment to me and I'll handle it". I would and the next month the same thing. Then a couple months ago I got a bill in the mail for more than triple the amount of my normal payment (no tickets, accidents, nothing to chamge my policy occurrd). I called him 3 times...no answer, emailed him...no response, and had to call Statefarm's 800 number, amd they connected me with him. He said "I'm working on it right now". We'll that was the last time so I decided to switch to a different company. Then recently I tried to contact him regarding Michigan's insurance refund whatever by email, was very polite, and never got a response. So basically, he's a pretty crummy insurance agent. I'm actually switching back to State Farm, but with a different agent."
