Third call asked to speak to a supervisor because no rush was assigned. Supervisor Sabrina was extremely short and rude to us and refused to assist with anything besides tell us the time of arrival, which we already knew. Awful customer service, awful automated service, awful company."

"They are bad, always talk to someone if you go through this place their automated telephone dose not put order through very unreliable. Also the chrismas storm we had this year they wouldnt come get me when I was stuck and they kept hanging up on me. I will be find a different insurance company asap. Oh and if they ever say I'll put a rush on it they are lying worst company up here for insurance."
