"Great bike shop with great bikes, but mostly because of the people. Knowledgeable and friendly, the staff understands a rider’s needs and is there to help people of all ages and ranges of abilities or interest in cycling (and running too apparently, but if I run to the refrigerator that’s already too much running for me.) We are very fortunate in this area to have several good bike shops that would get 5-star reviews from me, so my high praise of High Gear is not a critique of the others. It is most impressive to me how High Gear has been able to maintain exemplary standards for service and reliability along with excellent bikes throughout the years I have been visiting their shop. Recommend without reservation."
