"These people are great. They'll talk with you about their experiences with their products while they set up your new gear. If they don't know the answer to a question, they'll tell you so, and still give you as much background as they can to help. Normally you go to a store and the cashier is like, pretty checked out. makes sense, that job usually sucks. This cashier was super funny, and always had something clever to say. Kinda wild to say, but the checkout experience was fun. I went to two other stores before Bahnhof, looking for XL snowboard bindings. These were the only people to have any in stock in the area."

"Received great assistance from the staff that works here. I was riding my bike on the path in front of there store and a pedal arm bolt came off. I did not have the proper tool to fix, so went into the store to see if I could borrow a tool. Not only were the two young men inside eager to help, they provided assistance outside to make sure I did it right. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this place because they exhibit high customer service culture and am sure you would receive the same for anything you bought or rented."
"We brought our first time skier kiddos in to get a recommendation on rentals vs. buying equipment, and we are so grateful for the amazing service and support! While we are ready for the investment, the prospect of buying our quickly growing kids new equipment annually was less than thrilling. Bahnhof offers several fantastic options and helped us determine the best plan for the seasons to come. We also had a blast shopping for some special items (coolest kids helmet ever!) that made the trip. Both associates we worked with were so helpful and patient and we're really grateful for the experience!"
