"The worst agent ever, she’s not honest, every time I ask to lower my premium she finds an excuse to not do so, and when I cancelled my premium they charged me one month ahead, I called Nadine 5 times and she promised me they will do refund and credit my account, after 3 weeks I received a check of 4 dollars from Meemic after they charged me 202$, then I had to dispute the amount with my bank, I will never ever do business with this company and will never recommend anyone, zero customer service, all they care about is money. once you buy the policy you’re screwed."
