"I’ve been taking Pilates here for almost a year now. Excellent teaching staff. If you don’t like the style of one teacher it’s easy to find one that fit your needs. The facilities are very clean and my fellow classmates have varied levels of fitness. The teachers are always willing to personalize/adapt if you have special needs (injuries,etc.) I am 55+ and not in the best shape but I always feel welcome and not judged! Sometimes getting into classes can be difficult, but the waitlist usually works."
"5STARS all the way!!! Love the positive atmosphere at Club Pilates. All instructors are friendly, helpful and encouraging. My previous careers as a nurse and flight attendant required heavy lifting causing strain to my back and neck, and I needed adjustments from my chiropractor for years. I added Pilates to my weekly workouts to help with posture, stretching, strength and balance. Pilates has definitely helped with all these areas. Per my chiropractor, this is the best he has seen my C-spine in years."
