The workouts are great and their awesome instructors are so friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. They make the classes so much fun and the time flies by during our workouts. Beginners are so warmly welcomed there - they immediately make you feel part of the TKO family. And not only do I get to workout there but my kids (ages 13 and 11) and their friends do too, since TKO offers classes for kids as well!
