"We had the best experience with Rachel Farkas from America’s Choice Insurance. After we purchased a travel trailer from General RV we stopped by to price new insurance for the trailer. Rachel set us up with insurance with Progressive. But it doesn’t stop there. We also own an Entegra Motorcoach and a Jeep Gladiator that has separate insurance with another company. Rachel took the time to look at our other policy for those two vehicles. Rachel was very straightforward with us that she could not beat what we had at the present time and recommended that we keep that policy, it gets better. Although we weren’t going to switch companies, Rachel still took the time to thoroughly review our policy and made very valuable recommendations to better modify our policy which we followed. "Good approach at the RV show. I don't know all the lingo and offerings and differences. Would have liked to hear more about options other than standard. Logan was very responsive to my request to make changes and update my policy with quick turn around. Email seems "robotic" in communicating where I am in the process, feels same info to all customers to get the sale on the books. Form letter is obvious. Need more personalized communication techniques, not just replacing my name in the address and salutation of the email once policy is agreed upon. Good service and got the job done, which is what I wanted."
