"WARNING BEFORE YOU GO. I am extremely dissapointed in the way my visit was billed. Ask questions before you even set up an appointment. The fees are way higher than you expect (that of course depends on your insurance coverage as well). Also you will be charged for a new patient visit if you haven’t been seen within the last 3 years and fees are higher for that as well. To put things simply my bill was twice as expensive compared to my fiancés fees going to Novi Dermatology as a “new patient.” Luckily I did have a nice person in the billing department break down my billing statement as I felt I was overcharged initially. She reassured me that my request was valid and looked into every aspect of my bill to make sure I was billed accurately. Her manager apparently called first and was very demeaning over the phone and plainly stated there was pretty much nothing they can do and basically Implied “just shut up and pay your bill.” I’m just saying advocate for yourself because you should only pay the price of the services you actually received and I think that’s a fair statement. I will not be returning to this office ever again for these reasons. My provider was knowledgeable and very professional but the billing aspect really makes me sick as they only see patients as personal piggy banks. I’d recommend going to Novi dermatology instead, my fiancé had a great experience there and his bill was quite literally half the price of mine ($200 vs $400+ to be exact)."

"I took an appointment at Wixom location , after taking an appointment they called me saying I had a balance due from 2017/2018, of which I am completely unaware, but I asked to email me a copy they did email , I went to the appointment and gave my health card to clear that bill without even discussing about previous balance or anything , But for some wired my card wasn’t working and then I said I will take care of it after talking to the insurance, then the show started the front desk person started saying I cannot let you see a doc if the balance is not cleared I clearly mentioned it not about the funds it is about the card but she said i am sorry you will have to reschedule your appointment. I still was thinking it was some policy issue and I said okay then reschedule my appointment I will talk to the insurance and take care of the bill by then , she said sorry I cannot even reschedule if the bill is not cleared. These people are very unprofessional they don’t trust their clients . I am never going back to them again."

"I had an appointment here today and it was a great experience. The general manager Jill and her team were very responsive and helpful with getting me in on such short notice! I had a very irritating rash and they came to the RESCUE! Thank you Ganger! Highly recommend!"

"Dr. Rondina is great. She saved my life a couple of years ago and I’m forever in her debt. Have been going there for skin exams and routine procedures, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. She’s a very kind person with a gentle but thorough manner. The staff is great also. Very courteous and helpful. I drive out of my way to go there and I highly recommend!"
