Almost four weeks later I only hear crickets. Very frustrating since I am very concerned about my vision and am worried about not getting this under control. Unprofessional with no updates. I even questioned this last week and still nothing!"
"Made an appointment for August 17th. Received a call the morning of being told that the Dr was sick and needed to reschedule. Okay it happens. Rescheduled the appointment for this morning. I show up and guess what. Doctors not in today and I wasn't on the schedule. Never again will I visit the Plainwell location Rx optical"
"Made an appointment 10 weeks out. i get a phone call day of asking if i could change to an early appt. i tried to be accommodating an agreed. arrived 20 minutes early. i was asked to take a seat doctor would be with me shortly. my appt. time passed no doc. apparently wasting my time was insignificant. they ask me to rearrange my schedule and don't have the courtesy to be on time i gave them a one because you can't give zero"
