"Going to Chan's Kung Fu School has truly been one of the best decisions in my life! As a large woman working to overcome self-esteem and anxiety challenges, I was very nervous on my first day of Tai Chi, worried whether I could fit in there, in a martial arts school. Looking back just over a year later, it's hard to imagine feeling that way. Students of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels are welcome and encouraged. The classes are structured in a way that allows progressing at one's own pace while providing challenge and encouragement. Going to class is the highlight of every week, and well worth even the drive from the lakeshore! Without fail I leave feeling better than when I went in, physically and mentally. All the instructors are incredible, and Sifu Chan is not only a true master, but a warm and genuine soul."

I definitely don't have the best coordination but they are always super positive and help me to get where I need to regardless of how many refreshers I may need.
