"I bought a cross bow in Gaylords Michigan a couple months ago and I told them I need a crossbow for hunting and that it is my first hunt that i dont know what to do or get and they said perfect i can help you they didn't get me any of the right stuff for the crossbow and they didn't get me cockstring to pull it back. They said I had 90 days to return it. Now they have a policy that they don't do returns for bow guns and ammo you have to send in the stuff to the company to get help if it breaks you have to send it to the company"
"Mostly rating on the store itself. Had a lot of inventory and everything I would need. I only have a gripe about the fact I wasn't greeted when I came through the door (wasn't anyone else there) and not one person came to ask if I needed anything at all. Of which I did. I will still be back today (because of the inventory and price of the product I'm interested in but didn't have enough information on, not because of the staff.. and I have to be back in Gaylord today to drop off my rental car as well..)"
