"Avoid. Very poor communication during the covid shutdown. Quality of education very poor with students holding the bill. Dean not returning phone calls. MSU owe students refunds for the covid debacle for meal plans and housing. Cannot seem to get any answers on where our refund is. MSU is very poor at taking responsibility for anything relating to credits or refunds due to the students."
