Panera Bread

"I've been very impressed with this Panera bread. Food is always fresh and delicious. The last time I went through the drive through, they forgot to give me a knife to put cream cheese on a bagel, so I had to run in which wasn't great. But, when I went in, the lady that was at the window saw me and asked what I needed.. she felt so bad, apologized and and gave us 2 free cookies because of her forgetfulness. I was very impressed-it was very professional how she handle it and she totally made up for the missing knife!!"

"Ordered three Greek yogurt parfaits. What I got was a small cup of granola and spoonful of yogurt and charged me nearly $4 a piece for them. What the hell?"

"I'm not sure how this place this has customers. My normal lunch spot at least once a week for a very long time and slowly they've removed all their good food menus and replaced with pizza and chicken sandwiches. Seemed like everytime I ordered something it wasn't right or they were out of a key element of the meal. Just got a salad for dinner after probably 8 months of not ordering and they left off 1 of 3 items. So I paid $12+ for lettuce onions and tomatos. Rip off"

"Our food was not what one would expect from Panera by any means. Paid for a large soup, was given a small & it was piss warm. No bread for the soup either. Was charged different price on my debit card than what I was told my actual total would be. Charged me 9$ for a grilled cheese, not what the sign states. It was hardly grilled, no cheese pull, not even the slightest crunch from grilling. I got warm bread w/ cheese in the middle... nothing about the final product was a grilled cheese! The girl that worked the register was in her own world and could barely answer any of the questions I asked about the menu. Will be a long time before I try this Panera establishment again."

"I stopped at Panera today before 5 pm. I ordered the pick 2. A turkey avocado blt with cheddar broccoli soup and a medium drink. I paid nearly $18.00. As they asked if you would like to round up for some charity I never heard of. Anyway my complaint is 1. The clerk was not pleasant. 2. My sandwich was slathered beyond slathered with miracle whip (mayonnaise). Even the bread was soggy. Had I known they were going to add this condiment on the sandwich I purchased, I would of passed as all of this mayonnaise ruined the sandwich. I would like to add I feel as if many other consumers are probably in the same boat. You should ask the consumer if they want mayonnaise on their sandwich. As Panera is quite spendy. Almost 18.00 for a 1/2 sandwich---ruined with a lot of mayonnaise a cup of soup and drink. What a shame on Panera."
