"Staff seem clueless. Learning from professors that know less than I do. Professors are always missing. No one knows much about when things go wrong. Machine shop tools are garbage. I’m learning absolutely nothing from this school. Took me a year to get my books. I have to keep telling myself it’s a community college and you get what you pay for."

"The staff member in the testing area is not very kind. When I’ve gone there and have had interactions with her she talks to me as if I am dumb. She is not professional whatsoever. She shakes her and mumbles comments under her breath. She should change the line of work to where she never have to interact with anyone."

"I have used the testing facility at this campus twice now for professional licensing and have been repeatedly impressed by how kind, knowledgeable and professional all the people in the main campus building are. The testing facility is quite, clean, and well organized with ample lighting and adequate technology. I just wish they had larger mice for their computers."

"Nice infrastructure, but what's inside? I was in the college as a student only in Summer session. Just two month's class. I got surprised when I found two of the most reluctant teachers in my life. Just joking with your effort and money. May be there is no evaluation on student success ever. No responsibility. I am not sure about other departments. I wish they are good. But, honestly speaking, I didn't have good experience over there. Just believe me. I wish teachers should care more about student and their effort. In the certification exam, only I was able to pass among 6 to 7 students in first shot. Why that will happen? Two of my teachers were just show, and I didn't see any seriousness of teaching to their students. One of my lady teacher was pretty annoyed in our first day class. She was not happy because she was assigned to take summer classes, and she was needed to travel from South Bend to Elkhart just to take the class. I hope internally something is not going on fairly. Need to enquiry, and take necessary steps to proper use of government infrastructures. I am sorry to say, but this was my experience. I was a student back in 2015. The time I am writing this is on 2019. I am not sure what has been changed until then. As a responsible person, I want to say that, we want an institution, that cares about students, and want to create a generation they can feel proud of. Those teachers doesn't like to teach, let them go to wherever they want to go. They don't have any right to play games with student's life, effort, and money."
