"We had gone to this office for 9 years. The first few tears were great. We only had to go in for well child check ups. The last few years we were waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room then another 20 in the exam room plus the time it took for the appointment. There was no explanation. The last time we were there and waited 30 minutes past our appointment time, I spoke with the front desk and was told they had no idea when we would be seen. That was enough to tell me that we needed to make a change and left the practice."

"Been taking my oldest here since birth (3 years now), and now bring my second born here. We absolutely love Dr. Somers and have always been treated kindly by their staff. I couldn’t imagine taking my children anywhere else."

"Patients BEWARE- if you go into the office during scheduled office hours on Saturday - they charge an additional $30 fee which is not communicated when making an appointment. In addition the bill will state that it is regular office hours. Justin, the office manager, has poor customer service and lacks all empathy- your child is just another number that puts money in his pocketbook. It’s unfortunate as Dr. Page was wonderful with my children; however never returned a message to discuss the practice dismissing us as I refused to pay this bogus charge. ***Updated**** The office manager, Justin sent out my children’s records to our new Pediatrician via regular snail mail (no signature required) and in the process they are now lost (delivered to a neighbor- WTHECK??!!!)I spoke with one of the doctors about this prior to Christmas and they pretty much gave me an, “Oh-Well” and have yet to remedy the situation. This practice needs a serious overhaul and I would start with the office manager."

"My family recently moved from Texas to michigan and was looking for a new pediatrician for my children. I was recommended to this office by a family friend and began the new patient process. We Initially began trying to become a new patient in early November 2022. Front stuff stated that they could not Create an appointment for my children without full records from previous pediatricians office. That same day I called my old pediatrician in Texas and they sent the medical records to this office. I called back a week later and was told that they had received the records but to give them 1-2 weeks to process them. I waited about 2 1/2 weeks and I called back to have my daughter seen for an acute issue. Upon questioning they did not have the medical records. The office manager then called me and after questioning realized that the records were sent in encrypted disks and that he would review them the following day. I ended up having to take my daughter to urgent care. The Christmas holidays came and went and I just called back a week later to urgently get my son scheduled and surprise, they have no records and Justin is on vacation. I had submitted My vaccine records to them in hopes that that would be sufficient information while they uploaded the records but it was not. This handling of medical records is not acceptable. The lack of communication between members of the front staff is subpar and quite frankly not professional. We have decided that after almost 2 months of trying to schedule an appointment we will take our business elsewhere. Hope that in the future you can create a process of new patients that is more efficient than this."

"My son and I have always received excellent treatment and care! I feel heard as a parent and they have always considered my son’s input, no matter how young he is. I appreciate the inclusion as well, this may be one of the few safe areas for kids in their lives."
