"Thanks for over drafting my account and not following the payment plan. I'm not sure if its AMY's fault this happened or someone else in the office (shes the one I talked to about the payment plan) but know they will not honor the payment plan at all. They just randomly stopped taking money out of my account (I did ask them to stop for a minute due to a financial situation, which I never got a response email on). Next time send my bill to collections, y'all are trash. Also, my total bill was roughly 1000 dollars which makes no sense: When i spoke to JEFF he said it was around 300 PER WEEK (3 sessions, 3 days). I went for TWO DAYS. Also the 15 minute phone intake apparently is 150 dollars? You guys are scum. The sessions I had: I sat in group while a counselor rambled about a specific topic, showed us an HOUR LONG TED TALK I CAN VIEW FOR FREE, then just sat there while the same few people talked. They can not lead a group discussion for the life of them."
"I did the IOP and absolutely enjoyed my time with everybody in the group. I loved Meredith, she is exceptional at her job and running the group. I have gained so much insight going to rivers bend outpatient program and I now have the tools and resources to continue living a stable life."
