"I’m extremely happy with my experience at Health Quest. I came in with severe migraines that my dr diagnosed as being created by TMJ disorder and cervical osteoarthritis. The headaches had been almost a daily experience for over six months! After approximately two months of PT I am now headache free with much less neck and TMJ pain. I went twice weekly and had a home exercise program that I continue to follow. My PT worked with me individually every visit for a good part of my session. I would highly recommend Health Quest to others in need of physical therapy. They work on a large range of physical issues that people experience. I did not see anyone while I was there that didn’t feel happy with their experience!"

"Im a long-time distance runner that had suffered a knee injury that I had tried everything to treat at home for months. As someone who has never done physical therapy and was skeptical of the healthcare system in general, from countless other bad experiences (greed, medical upcoding, lack of decent service or consideration for improvement by doctors' offices), I was hesitant of the process and if it would benefit me. Even as someone who had just lost my previous insurance plan, it was still affordable on an out of pocket cash basis. Dave and his team were extremely transparent with me on everything, from payment plans with/without insurance, the upfront free pain consultation and being honest if I really needed professional therapy before committing to spend a dime, to the biomechanics involved with my specific ailment. I can say with 100% certainty that I'm glad that I chose to go into physical therapy here. My condition wasn't improving on my own, but Dave was able to locate that the cause of my knee injury was from my scoliosis/hip alignment, and did everything that he could to naturally restore my alignment, from prescribing specific daily stretches to loosening my core and cracking my vertebrae back into shape at every session. I wouldnt be where I am without therapy and am so glad I chose to go to this specific location, as my condition was incurable on it's own and something I never could have diagnosed on my own. I learned so much about my own body by going here, and Dave was more than happy to address the countless questions that I had and how I should treat my condition going forward. The team here genuinely cares about their patients' improvement and you can truly tell their goal is to address and improve your issues, and not get you stuck there for months trying to get another billing session out of you. To my own surprise I actually looked forward to every session and it became a highlight of my week, especially after realizing that after months of pain, I could still get better, even after seeing noticable improvement within the first few sessions. This experience gave me a new outlook on my own personal wellbeing and has helped me getting back into my passion of (pain-free) running, something that's always been extremely important to me in my own life, and before I came to HQPT, something that I had worried Id never be able to do again. "I have completed my physical therapy with Dave at their office on John R in Troy. I could not be happier with the results. I started in quite a bit of knee pain and very limited motion/activity. Going up & down stairs was very difficult. Dave got me back to being able to do all my every day activities including taking care of my grandchildren which means the world to me. "I recently had reverse shoulder replacement surgery after years of intense shoulder pain and mobility issues.. I was recommended by an occupational therapist friend, who also undertook a similar surgery, to go to HealthQuest Physical Theraphy in Troy for my physical therapy. PT/ATC Dave Walters, (and other staff members) lead me through various messages, stretches and exercises; and after a couple months of therapy at HealthQuest, my pain is almost at zero and my mobility is beyond the shoulders replacement typical range and improving. I feel confident in safely continuing my home therapy that Dave instructed me to perform in gaining additional strength and mobility as I continue my daily physical endeavors surrounding my shoulder. Dave also taught me on several other physical issues that I am experiencing, to which I have seen improvements in those issues after his instructions at home. Dave is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the body and welcomes answering questions with pictures, charts, and or skeletal models. The staff at HealthQuest was very friendly and family orientated, and made me feel welcomed.
