"Therapist no called, no showed our last appointment and has not reached to schedule another. This would have been our third appointment and we have not even started addressing anything we've talked about this far. Very unprofessional."

"I saw 3 therapists here, all of which either didn’t show up for sessions without warning or constantly cancelled sessions just a few minutes before scheduled start time. I left this place for good after my therapist Madison Kanka literally just stopped showing up for our sessions. The front desk had no answers as to where she was or why she was abandoning clients. Abandonment is highly unethical and she should lose her license! Additionally, Madison contacted me recently asking for TO BE PAID VIA VENMO $60/hour to do sessions outside of this practice. That’s illegal and I filed a complaint against her license! Get this, Madison kanka is a psychologist/doctor acting this way. I almost died in a violent crime which is why I sought help here. A therapist who abandons a client like myself who’s actively in crisis should lose their license. I’m honestly about to sue because Madison kanka keeps asking me for money. I did virtual therapy here so I’m honestly don’t know which location I should be leaving a review for. However, the people who answer the phone refuse to hear me out which is why I’m leaving this review. This place hires LOSERS who are a disgrace to the mental health profession."

"I remember sometime last week I called in and I love the fact that someone answered the phone RIGHT away and it was a person this week I called in and someone answered the phone and it was a automated voice super uncomfortable. I am going through mental health issues in the last thing I want to deal with is an automated voice, please bring back the real people. The last thing I want to deal with is a ROBOT."

"Unorganized and therapists not up to date on education. Therapist accepted appointment for my child and then told me she would do the intake and then transfer to someone else due to scheduling.The things she said during the intake were alarming and ignorant, though I will leave those out for privacy purposes. Had my own intake with a different therapist. Never billed. And she missed our first appointment (virtual) with zero notice; No call, email, nothing. Obviously not an issue of just one bad therapist since my child and I both had bad experiences. This place is a joke"

"RECONSIDER! Went through lengthy intake process to finally get matched with a therapist. She told me that her schedule was a mess due to the administration but that she would block me in for a 5 PM time (evenings only work for me). On the 3rd regularly scheduled appointment, she cancelled the night before at 11 PM stating that she had another job obligation. Then the next day she told me she would be canceling all of her night appointments going forward because of this 2nd job obligation. She told me to call the office and that there would be another evening appointment that she could transfer me to. I called the office and there was none. Overall experience was extremely unprofessional and extremely stressful after going through the initial intake process and being thrown out in this manner. The agency should do a better job to make sure therapists don't do this to their clients and add unnecessary stress. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
