"I'm so disappointed I don't even know where to start. The office staff are so unprofessional and the untruths they say over the phone don't match with what is actually happening. They said they sent in an EOB and my insurance said they never received and I think I was told 4 different things my different office staff. I have been a long time patient and now I'm leaving. I'm so sad they think they can treat people the way they treated me."
"I was ordered by my future wife to get a physical because I have not had one in a long time. Scheduling was easy, I completed my paperwork ahead of time and was taken back faster than I could fill out their screeners. The NP was awesome. Paid attention to any concerns I had and educated me on everything without lecturing me. The nurse is so good at giving vaccines I needed that I didn't know she had given it to me. That's probably good for kids and people who don't like needles. This is my new PC."

"I needed to see a primary doctor to get a referral to a cardiologist so insurance would cover it. I came in to the office in September. I met with a nurse practitioner who was nice and we had a brief talk. I waited a long time to see the nurse practitioner for 5 minutes. A bit later I get a bill for $227.75. I called and they told me my insurance didn’t cover it. I thought that was odd so called my insurance. I was told it’s because it was billed under psychiatric outpatient services which is why it wasn’t covered. I called the office back a second time and she told me this time it was because it was for a new patient visit and their standard fee is $250. No where is this mentioned. They charged me $250 to talk to a nurse practitioner for 5 minutes so I could get a referral. Didn’t even get any treatment from the office. What a bunch of crooks. They charged me a couple hundred dollars to sit in their office and didn’t even need to treat me or diagnose me."
