"This visit was a long time coming. To make a long story short I had seen an Ortho in town (Sault Ste. Marie) approx. 4 months prior to this visit that referred me to his choice of surgeon. With the surgeons office not returning my calls after several attempts. After cancelling m_y therapy more than halfway thru for lack of getting any responses from both the Ortho and surgeons offices I cancelled FINALLY got a call from the Surgeons office the next day to make appointment. One week later they cancel. "Surgeon needs Surgery on my day of surgery. I GIVE UP!!! Now finally tomorrow morning I go in for surgery less than one month from first visit with the surgeon."

"First off, before I get to why I'm giving three stars, I had recently received lower back surgery by Dr. Kremer and so far, my recovery is going fantastically well. I'm able to do things I haven't been able to do in almost a year. The best part is that the recovery has been relatively painless. Truly wonderful work. Now, to the bad part. I feel like the staff I have been in contact with are rude, even Dr. Kremer. I don't know if the receptionist is always in a bad mood when I talk to her, but it seems like she is always passive-aggressive with me. Dr. Kremer likes to talk at you, not with you. Obviously his skills are proven to be great with the results that I and others have seen, but come on man, be a little more humble and work on your communication skills. I do recommend going with Jagannathan Neurosurgery, even if their people skills are lacking."
