"Been going here for over a decade, therapists are nice, my psychiatrist retired and she was okay, really wish they helped patients with resources a little more, or explained processes throughly so I know what to expect from them, but they are 100000× better than New Oakland centers"
"Their scheduling platform is really dumb. I've never heard of an office setting that can only view scheduling up to 40 days in advanced. The fact that everyone has to call back the next day early to see if they can get an appointment for the next available time slot is awful. In fact that seems like it disadvantages people who need services. I don't get why you can't wait list people who call for an appointment, I don't see why you can't schedule beyond 40 days, I don't get how you can turn people away. I think if can't take people in at your facility, then you need to let primary care physicians know that before they send a referral."

"They wanted me to take medication which the first time i ever saw them i said that i didnt want to try medication unless necessary. After 2 meetings they said that should go on medication. I believed them because i wanted to be okay and they said that it might help. To be fair they did say that it mignt be awhile to find the right one for me. I was on medication for about 3ish months with haveing to change meds 3 different times. The last time i had to beg them to stop trying to put me on meds. I had VERY bad reaction to all of them. I know my body and i dont take meds for a lot of things. I didnt want to take them in the first place the only real reason i did was because i wanted to get better and they stsrted to talk about being hospitalized."
