"I had been going to another place for PT, but one of my Doctors, said “No, no, you must switch and go to OMPT in Troy, they’re the best”. She was spot on, the difference was evident. Everyone that works here is incredibly nice, welcoming and caring. Staff I don’t even know greet me by name. I’ve been going here for close to a year now. I’ve been treated by Jill and Jeana. They are both very professional, excellent therapists. They have helped me tremendously. They listen intently when I’m trying to explain what I’m feeling, which often is difficult, as I seem to have the “It’s always something” kind of problem. They are compassionate women with a true desire to help you. To educate you on what you need to do to be as pain free as possible. I could never thank them enough for all they’ve done for me. "I was a non-believer that physical therapy could help my partially torn rotator cuff. However, after 3+ months of therapy with Kaitlyn, I’m up to at least 85%. She is the consummate professional and explained everything she did each time I asked for specific information. The entire team from Christina as receptionist to Tammi who kept me on track when I was working alone, they were all great. I also appreciated the stim/heat team—everyone is so friendly and they each take time to ask about one’s day and family. I liked that there was mutual sharing which made it more of a family atmosphere. I laughed a lot during my time there. I recommend them highly! Sharon"

"I can't say enough positive things about my experience at OMPT (Investment Drive Location). All the staff at OMPT are so professional and kind and create a warm and comforting environment. In particular my Physical Therapist Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and so kind, she put me at ease immediately and reassured me every time I was concerned or frustrated with my recovery. She always knew what was going on with my body to pinpoint what to do to get me better and Even squeezed me in for extra sessions when I wanted to recover at a faster pace! I actually genuinely looked forward to my sessions. Cannot recommend OMPT enough and I can only assume all the locations have similar atmospheres. Highly recommend OMPT if you are in need of some PT!"

"OMPT on Investment Drive in Troy is the best. Dhana is the best Physical Therapist I have ever had, and I have had many, til I found her through a friend. She helped me before and after my back surgery. McKenna, Danielle, Sheila, Megan and Tricia are very thoughtful and very helpful, Everyone is very nice, I will continue to come here, because i have chronic pain, and more bulging discs. I would recommend to all, and i tell all of my friends."
