"I've never been to an urgent care that had such a good doctor. She was amazing I don't remember her name but she took her time with us and really listened. After she examined my daughter she determined it was a ruptured eardrum and she explained how it happened. I've been to other urgent cares but nothing like this one. This is now my place to go. "Alyssa our caregiver was absolutely the best provider of service to my 96 yr old Stepmother who has dementia and suffered a fracture after falling. Alyssa was knowledgeable, personable, and took care of all our necessary needs. I’m 82 and she just helped me relax by handling everything smoothly. Even to the point of calling the surgeons office for follow up. We left happy and very satisfied with all the staff at ur 16/John R location. They sure are compassionate and efficient. But Alyssa is outstanding in her medical skills and interpersonal relationships with patients and families. She is an excellent example and a good role model of a caring, trustworthy working professional."
"This is a great Beaumont facility in our neighborhood. I made an appointment online the day before my visit. The building and the offices are very clean and spacious allowing enough distance among visitors. The receptionist was very helpful with everyone whether or not they have made an online appointment. I was seen by Stephanie and a nurse who took my blood pressure. They were both polite and caring. It is also quite convenient that they are open even during the holidays. I highly recommend them"
"My family always come to this Urgent care when we need to. The service is always amazing. The environment is professional and clean, but also very kind. The waiting room is spacious and child friendly, and the staff have very kind and friendly mannerisms. They are non judgmental and always seem to find a way to make us smile in situations that aren’t always the most pleasant! Which is a very uplifting and encouraging thing to receive! Quick and easy, little to no wait, insurance covered. Parking is great! Handicap accessible! Best Urgent Care clinic I’ve went to. Will continue to come here for emergencies!"
