"For context, I am 31 and have been struggling with a stubborn L4/L5 disc for the better part of a decade. I have received injections, manipulations, and physical therapy from multiple providers. The most significant improvements that I have made were while attending physical therapy sessions with Victoria at Athletico, Allen Park. "This is a great PT clinic. As a physician, I have always been a proponent of physical therapy but had not been a patient myself until now.
