"Being charged 2 whole years later with little to no notice just random bills with random reasons. Not only are they charging me 1 and 2 years (with little to no notice) later the therapist I was assigned never refilled the medication she prescribed . And when I tried to call I literally couldn’t get through to her. NOT TO MENTION DURING A SESSION SHE TOLD ME ABOUT ANOTHER PATIENT!!! If this is the only place with open appointments I guess do it? Otherwise please get on another 3-7 month waiting list with a practice that actually does what a medical practice is supposed to. How can you charge someone year later when you didn’t even complete your services! This is ridiculous. I wouldn’t come on here with negativity, literally don’t want to press an issue normally but I’m dealing with these issues 2 years later!"

"I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have had a good experience. I didn’t like the first doctor I saw, so I asked to switch and I’ve been really happy with Dr. Zylinski. She’s very nice and helpful and a great listener. I can’t speak to the negative reviews about billing and insurance because my deductible gets met very quickly, but I haven’t encountered anyone rude at the front desk. I took one star off because they don’t send appointment reminders of any kind (phone, text, email) which is common practice at most places."

"I am appalled by the front office! They somehow put my boyfriend’s card on file and then proceeded to take money from his account without any authorization! Ummm that’s stealing and falsely keeping his card on file when we never approved it. I have never signed anything to keep a card on file in the many years my son has been a patient here. Whom ever messed up should be fired and you’re lucky he’s not considering suing you! This place has really gone downhill and it makes me sad because we really love Dr. Fradi."

"My son's therapist literally ghosted him! She decided that she was done with the sessions and stopped sending invitations for the virtual sessions. There was no explanation call or email. She just stopped communicating with us. When I called the office to book a new therapist they said there is only mornings available but Ida Colquitt (therapist who ghosted us) has availability. I had to explain again that she is the therapist who ghosted us and I'm not going to go back to someone who ghosted us. If it weren't for Dr.Rany Toma we would've left after being ghosted by Ida. Dr. Toma is amazing. Hopefully he doesn't ghost us either. Like other complaints, the billing system/department is nightmare to deal with. I can never get bills or recipients mailed or emailed to me with calling and asking despite requesting it many times."
