"You’re better off shooting your own kid in the face then allowing certain staff members near your child, Social worker Anne especially neglects children and purposely disregards any actual care for patients. don’t trust her with your kids. Also techs at this building are allowed to run around and bully your children. Plenty of incidents happen every day and the Risk Manager does nothing about it."

"This Doctor is a fraud. His staff particularly Ann. They fill insurance payments incorrectly threaten behavioral patients with billing issues to the extent of extreme stress. BEWARE!"

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Joseph for many years and saw Dr. Prasad for several years until he retired. The staff is friendly but clearly overworked and undertrained. Appointments rarely run on time, especially on Friday evenings, so you always have to wait a while. Telehealth appointments are even less reliable. They’ve improved appointment scheduling with automated reminders, but bookings still get lost. If something happens and you need to reach the doctor outside of yours scheduled appointment, GOOD LUCK. I’ve had several instances where I had been struggling for weeks in between appointments, called the office multiple times to request a call from the doctor to change my meds or the dosage. Every time I’ve called, a different person has answered who said they would pass the message to the doctor to have him call me. Most recently when I had been trying for 3 weeks and finally got a hold of someone, they told me I needed to make an appointment to make any med changes. I had an appointment in my calendar for the end of this month, but apparently they didn’t have it in the system. So, I made an appointment and will get the issue resolved, but it shouldn’t have required this many hoops. The least they could have done was call me to tell me to make an appointment. Good thing it’s never been a life or death situation because I’d be screwed."

"Dr Poulose is a younger psychiatrist who really understands the issues with which people are struggling with especially in the current atmosphere with the pandemic along with depression and anxiety that people deal with day to day. He does not appear to be medication happy. He tries to target medication to your specific condition, not over prescribe. I also coordinate with Peggy Zinser my therapist who has years of experience dealing with many circumstances and issues that I am currently dealing with. Mental health can be very complex and finding a good team is paramount in recovery."
