"All I have to say is Jen and Anthony deserve an award for the work they do. My whole pregnancy they made me feel special and a priority anything I needed they were there to make sure I was good. Jen was getting ready to get off work and I went into labor she stayed pass her time just to deliver my baby she stayed with me the whole time and I really appreciate her for that. Even after she checked on me and help me through my postpartum depression. This is the best OBGYN clinic in Mi to me they really care."

"The manager called the cops on me for waiting for my mom in the car. Long story short I was 10 minutes late to my appointment, even though I called and let them know because of an accident. My mom’s appointment was right after mine. She was able to make it to her appointment. I asked if I can still be seen but the rude, hates her life manager said no. So sat down to wait in the lobby. She told me I couldn’t so I went to the car and waited there for my mom to come out. Next thing you know I had three officers knocking on my window, asking me to leave the premises even though my mom is still inside. I was shocked, confused and appalled. I was being treated like a criminal."

"I started as a new patient here and was eager to try this place out for myself and my daughter. A friend recommended the place do I didn’t read the reviews until last night. I had an initial appointment that went rather quickly with Dr Marku then was told to do lab work the following week. I took off from work battled traffic only to find out the phlebotomist was not in and to go to another location. I went to the Birmingham location only to be told the same thing. No explanation just, “i don’t know where they are or when they will be here. “. That made me extremely nervous because this is an employee who will be responsible for my blood work. I ended up calling the main office in Royal Oak to cancel all my appointments and for my daughter. I think this type of care is too critical to have doubts about a provider. Based on the reviews, it doesn’t appear this is isolated. I recommend starting somewhere else if you value your time and healthcare. I mean we only get one body and limited sick leave. "If I could give this negative stars I would. The front office encounters I have thus far experienced have shown extreme incompetence. --The doctor was very late to my appointment and when he entered, he said he hadn’t been notified of my appointment by his team. --The team had not followed up to retrieve my medical records pre-appointment, until I pestered them to do so --After my appointment with Dr. Zaidan, the team did not send his laparoscopic surgery request to the right branch of the team --When they were made aware of this error, it took them weeks to have the reassigned team contact me --They did not know anything about my history despite my having repeated it to them on every phone call --They did not have appropriate notes from the doctor’s visit with me: he had expressly told me his office would call to schedule the laparoscopy to which I agreed on the spot; his notes as relayed to me by the front office stated that I was going to think about it and discuss with my husband before scheduling a follow up in two weeks – two vastly different reports you see, with the first one being the accurate one. --They never got back to me no matter how many times I followed up. I had reached out to them multiple times with a detailed email listing my concerns - I'd requested this be forwarded to the doctor. He never responded. Ultimately, my case was treated carelessly and flippantly. During my in-person visit the doctor had been very clear on his concerns after reviewing the photos I'd brought from a previous surgery conducted elsewhere, and an internal exam peformed by him that same day. Never once did he or his team address those concerns beyond our in-person appointment. I live over an hour from his office and had high hopes in Womens Excellence. I’ve had a years-long battle with suspected endometriosis. If you are like me, I would advise you to spare your hopes and not waste your time here."
