"My wife just had surgery there. There was a mildly complicated issue on follow up care. Phyllis in recovery recovery was pleasant and informative."

"Front desk and some staff members are extremely rude. Been here on multiple occasions and experienced it with different workers. The doctors are nice and very informative though."

"They are seemingly incapable of refilling prescriptions. Go to Henry Ford Health or something- to get a prescription refilled and I have to call easily three times, and if you fill out a refill online they completely ignore it."

"I called January 3rd requesting an appointment for head pain, they do not have any appointments available until February 1st. I called today to ask if they can call me if they have any openings or cancellations before then. I was told they don't do that. The lady who initially scheduled my appointment was very sarcastic suggesting my head pain was nothing but a simple headache. Which she doesn't know. I could have an infection or something and need antibiotics but I'll have to wait a month to be seen. It's not like I can go to the emergency room there. Royal Oak emergency room is always a 7 hour wait. I'm on entyvio a biologic immune suppressant for ulcerative colitis and I can't wait 7 hours in a room with 100 sick people"

"I’ve never written a public review, however, I feel very strongly about my traumatic experience with the clinic and hope to save someone else similar anguish. If you have any other choice, any other option at all, take it - don’t use the outpatient clinic. If you, like me, found yourself financially unable to seek care elsewhere, please prepare yourself mentally for the following: a three month wait to see a GI doctor for debilitating pain; a 5 minute visit with said doctor; a dismissive diagnosis of IBS for said constant, localized pain; another 3 month wait for prescribed CT scan; administrative errors which result in first attempt at CT scan being thwarted half way through because staff did not fill out insurance codes properly; the inability to call and reach a real person; the inability to receive a call back without leaving a dozen messages over weeks; long wait for a doctor to call and go over test results; etc. My pain has only worsened over the course of six months, and the emotional and physical strain of having to scrape and beg and wait and hound have had a profound effect on my overall well being. Had I known how traumatic my experience would be, I would have done everything in my power to avoid this nightmare. I sincerely hope that I’m an anomaly, I hate to think of others suffering this way."
