"Dr. Garrett was very polite and professional with my son for an independent evaluation. The company came highly recommended and had a very flexible schedule. The office was nice and the location was easy to find and access."

"I was referred to the clinic by a colleague at Henry Ford Health. I just cancelled my initial appointment and have to reconsider whether I want to pursue services here. The provider who I spoke with confirmed my email address and sent me a confirmation email, which I received. However, the staff members who attempted to send me access to the online portal conveniently left out the numbers in my email address and the access was given to my sister, who is unaware that I am pursuing mental health services (as I like to keep this private). This lack of attention to detail turned into a breach of confidentiality. I do not doubt that there are good providers at this clinic; however, I am uncomfortable moving forward at this time."

"I've had the opportunity to work with Kelley Watson for some time now - her thoughtful and empathetic approach has provided me the space and perspective to navigate life's challenges. From the very first session, her attentive listening and genuine care created an environment where I felt understood. I specifically appreciate her ability to delve into the depths of my thoughts and emotions, while offering insightful perspective, which has been a guiding compass for my personal growth. Her unwavering support during difficult times showcased their dedication to my well-being. Whether through reflective discussions or practical suggestions, her guidance has been invaluable. Thank you Kelley!"

"Kate K. Smith was unprofessional and harmful to my therapy progress. Her responses to some things I told her in therapy bordered on abusive. She has healing work of her own to do before she should be attempting to help others. I strongly do not recommend her. I did find someone right after her that was fabulous and helped me to heal significant past trauma."
