"Doctor was nice, but the office staff is lazy. I was feeling really unwell and couldn’t find my insurance card before coming. They said they couldn’t look up my insurance because the portal was down. I then said that’s ok, just use my HSA card. They ran it and it didn’t go through. They called someone and told me they don’t accept HSA cards. I have never heard of any medical facility not accepting HSA cards. Ridiculous."
"Visited this Urgent Care location for the first time. Went mid morning on a weekday and was the only one there. The staff including Dr. Graham was very thorough and professional. Was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes and on my way to the pharmacy to pickup the prescription he called in. The doctor even called a few days later to see how I was feeling! Will definitely use this urgent care again in the future."
"Dr. Shakeeb Chinoy is the absolute best ! So helpful and reassuring! It was my first time and hate urgent cares but I definitely will recommend and come back! Staff at the front desk seemed to have issues with my insurance and worked it out for me as well as very little wait time ! Definitely 5 stars !"
"I went today for covid 19 rapid test. Overall experience was great. It was easy to schedule the appointment. The staff was helpful and supportive. Dr Chinoy was great too. He explained everything nicely. I would visit again for other medical reasons."
