"Sloppy, careless guesswork - the "nurse" guessed my height to be 5'10". She just eyeballed it. I was always measured at 6'0 during my military days (~10 years ago), and they actually measured. No "guessing" was involved. Very sloppy - this was my first impression, and unfortunately this kind of guesswork and carelessness carried over into every other aspect of this visit. Haven't been to a doctor in 10 years, and this place reminded me why I won't be seeing one for another 10. I will NEVER come here again, and I've informed everyone I know about the low quality care this place "provides". Pathetic."
"Get all kinds of emails to check in for a visit until I payed the co-pay. Paid 2-days ago Went to check for my receipt online --- no receipt Sent a message to "customer service" to call the accounting dept. Now starts the run around. looks Henry Ford prioritizes money over the patient from their actions"

"I’ve been coming here for years.! I love Dr. Zuberi!!! The staff have always been friendly to me. I’m usually seen right on time. My children have gone here and now my grandson too. Dr. Howard was my son’s Pediatrician. Wonderful and caring doctor. The only complaint I have is using Mychart doesn’t work for prescriptions, give them a call and at least 4 days for refills. The nurse Jessica has spent a lot of time helping me with a billing problem, I want to personally thank her! Billing finally helped me and went above and beyond."
"Been waiting over an hour now for a scheduled appointment. I’m bored!! So I wrote this review lol But seriously… they have 8 techs sitting on their phone eating snacks, and talking. Kinda sucks seeing that as a patient. Henry Ford would be very disappointed!! Update: it’s been 1 hour and 15 minutes and I’m still waiting in the room. Feel like I’m in solitary confinement!! Send help! SOS!"
