"Wanted to see the Doctor, seen a nurse practitioner. In and out within 20 minutes. She never touched, scraped, or mentioned biopsy option. Was misdiagnosed from a GLANCE and prescribed a topical cream. I informed them of my other 3 experiences involving other dermatologist and their diagnosis, in hopes that they would approach this differently. But it was handled in a way that makes people upset in the way of we are just a money grab to these doctors and facilities! It was later that a different dermatologist did a biopsy and discovered a pretty serious condition that requires a oral medication and not a topical cream. And after 4 different diagnosis and close to $500 total in office visit bills. I have the right doctor doing the right thing for ME!!"

"Dr. Iacco is wonderful. Very thorough in her exam, completed a biopsy and took time to explain the procedure & follow up detail. Her support staff are very professional in their specific duties. One suggestion: Perhaps consider offering heated blankets for those who are having full body skin exams. It would be so much appreciated."

"Very thorough, professional & friendly. Our entire family now sees Dr Iacco. Compassionate and down to earth with teenagers and adults--very knowledgeable and detailed compared to previous doctor. Surprised to read earlier negative review--completely the opposite of our experiences with the office staff and Dr Iacco."

"I had an absolutely horrific experience at this dermatology office last year, and I am sadly still suffering horribly over a year later from permanent rebound from a medication I should never have been prescribed. I had very very mild rosacea when I walked in (my skin was quite clear and I never flushed; I only blushed as a normal redhead) and Dr. Iacco prescribed me a compound topical and told me to put it on my face twice a day for three months. Long story somewhat short, I was never warned or told about the potential very serious side effects of oxymetazoline and I had no idea that this vasoconstrictor was causing my blood vessels to rebound horribly when the medication wore off. I stopped the cream after three months because I was only getting worse and my face turned purple and stung all over. It was the scariest moment of my life. The miscommunication at the office was beyond comprehension. I called them desperately and was told by someone in the office to come in and Dr. Iacco would see me, then on my way there someone else from the office called me and gaslit me saying that what I was experiencing was not from the topical and not to come in, and I ended up having to go to the emergency room because I had nowhere else to go. I was dumbfounded. I could not believe Ganger Dermatology wouldn’t help me in any way. I never heard from Dr. Iacco until literally 2 months after this all happened, and at that point I was so emotionally and physically scarred by the experience that I in no way wanted to go in and see her again. I would not wish this experience on anyone and it breaks my heart that I went through this and am still suffering. I’ve never left a review like this in my life and it took me a long time to have the courage to write this. I always try to live my life with kindness and grace but the damage and neglect that was done to me by this doctor and practice has permanently affected my life. If this review can save one person from going through what I went through, it’s worth it."

"Dr. Iacco is amazing. She’s very thorough, takes her time, and answers any questions. She reviews everything she went over and sees, and gives you lots of options, taking insurance and out-of-pocket expenses into account. Very highly recommended."
