"Excellent from start to finish. I was in for a colonoscopy. I had Dr Velocci and my CRNA was Ben. Both excellent. They each spoke to me before the procedure. Dr also speaks to you afterwards. They were both very thorough and reassuring. The nurse in the procedure room was very nice and reassuring too. Ashley got me ready. She did a great job. And the person who got me ready to go after the procedure was awesome. I would highly recommend this practice for a colonoscopy."

"Made first contact in October of 2022. First available appointment was February 2023. Met with the doctor and was told an Endoscopy is scheduled for May 5th. A week before the Endoscopy, they call and tell me the doctor is no longer available. They leave a message asking me to call back to reschedule. I call back that day, the next day, the next day, and the next day. Finally I stop in since it's on my way home. They say the reason they haven't called back yet is because they are too busy. Rescheduled the Endo for July 14. Earlier this week I got a message on MyChart explaining the prep needed for my procedure. The prep they had me scheduled for was a COLONOSCOPY. This is not a joke. My wife calls to make sure they know I've been waiting for an Endoscopy. They make the correct adjustment and assure her we are a go for the Endo and new prep instructions will be sent to MyChart accordingly. Today I just got a message saying they need to reschedule again because the Doctor will not be available. The incompetence from this practice is deafening. There are other choices in the area. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this practice. After some thought I think it's not a bad thing it was rescheduled. This could have been divine intervention or maybe some good karma steering me clear of a horrendous experience. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Done here."

"My wife and I have come to Bronson Gastroenterolgy several times for endoscopies and colonoscopies. First class treatment from doctors, nurses, and receptionists. We even came out alive."

"The staff here are incompetent, unorganized, unprofessional, and quite honestly brainless. I called two weeks ago and was transferred to Lenny to schedule a breath test. Left a message during office hours. Didn’t hear back until the next day from Lenny. Missed the call. Called back. No answer. Called back 3 days in a row during office hours. No answer. Left a message 3 days ago (Monday). No call back. Called today. Hope transferred me to someone who could schedule my appt. Transferred me to the wrong person. Called back and waited AGAIN. Hope then transferred me to I think her name was Renee. She answers “hello”. Me: um hello. Her: oh sorry I thought you were my coworker ??? She then tells me she only does reschedules and couldn’t help me. Got transferred again- call disconnected (their behalf). Get a call from Laura who FINALLY is able to SCHEDULE my appt. These lady’s all sound middle aged or old. At this point either retire because you don’t 2 sh*at about your job or get it together. Freaking ridiculous"
