"Tried to schedule a new patient appointment but the call center the number directs to was unhelpful. The man who answered just liked hearing himself speak, interrupted me numerous times, and when I explained the alarming situation that was causing me to make an appointment he responded ‘That sounds great!” When trying to schedule he kept trying to schedule me with a PA when I repeatedly asked to see a physician. He finally transferred me to the actual office, I let her know that my experience was unpleasant with the call center and said ‘I’m hoping this will be easier and a better experience.” While being upbeat and kind. She responded with a very unpleasant ‘Oh. Well. Did he even get any information from you?’ Me, ’No.’. Her, ‘Ugh…. We don’t even have anything until January.’ Me, ‘That’s ok, I’m just looking for the first available with a doctor.’ She proceeds to try to get me to schedule with a PA anyway. When I told her I’m not interested in seeing anyone but a doctor, she revealed they have NONE at their facility. What?! Obviously I did not schedule. If this is how they treat patients right off the bat, before getting a name, NO."

"Honestly i am not gonna recommend this place. My appt didn’t lasted for even 10 min. I am concerned about my hair shedding/thinning & flaky scalp issue and ingrown hair on my legs. Jessica attended my case and she only answered about ingrown hair and when i asked about my hair. She has not answered or not even checked. I am seriously disappointed and its 600$ for visit which i just wasted coming here. If they are taking money atleast do the service you have to do for that money. This is ridiculous. I hope this review helps the upcoming new patients."

"Waited 2 months for my son's appointment just to be notified when I got there that they don't accept his insurance. Then they tried to have me pay in cash and wouldn't even let me talk to the doctor without paying $150. This place is a scam, stay away! I would give zero stars if possible."
