"Went for 2 consultations and was made to feel shame because I wanted to know if I was eligible for a tummy tuck, panni or if a breast reduction would help with the discharge from my belly button and sciatic nerve pain with coverage from my insurance. Neither doctor tried to work to find a solution and did not want to submit to insurance because I did not lose a 100 lbs but the discharge that I am having is a cosmetic concern. The first doctor wrote in my notes that they believe that a procedure would possibly help with the discharge and back pain. we could have submit to insurance to see if it would cover I contacted my insurance to see about coverage and was told they need the letter of medical necessity and needing to have lost 100 lbs was not necessary. Then wanted to have them complete the cosmetic surgery with them when they did not even want to try to see if we could get some or all the cost covered. I would have liked to have felt as though they would have truly looked into my concerns and not to make me feel ashamed about inquiring through insurance because it was too much work for them."

"I was scheduled for surgery for a closed nose fracture, arrived at the hospital and told by Dr. Clawson that her staff “dropped the ball” and they didn’t have all the paperwork they needed. Surgery was cancelled. I cleared my work schedule at three jobs and took time off without pay. There is a time frame to have the fracture repaired and I am now outside that window. Dr. Clawson’s surgery scheduler suggested I wait six months and see an ENT. So upset. I would give negative stars if I could. I do NOT recommend this practice at all! Go anywhere else!"
