"This is the best smash burger place locally! I did carryout months ago, decided to have lunch inside today. The food was amazing, the fries are nice and crispy! Even my daughter's grilled cheese was good, I expected it taste plain. What was more impressive is how nice and friendly the staff are."
"This place never disappoints. The burgers are legit and always consistently good. Peanut butter smash is awesome and I love the taco sticks when they have them. Service is always fast & friendly too. Lots of people out there trying to replicate none coming close."
"Firstly let me say I LOVE, Love the food! BEST burgers and fries around. We've been here many times. Kinda pricey but worth it. I just hate that there's no real servers. As a mom with kids it's not relaxing or convenient to have to serve myself and everyone else drinks/napkins/condiments. I don't know how people drink alcohol here when it seems by the time you'd finish one drink, you'd have to get back in line and wait for another? I know this is the way things are going and this place isn't the only one doing this. But I hate this self serve/order at the window type places. Not relaxing and makes me think twice about going to places like this when the biggest reason I go out to eat is so I don't have to cook or clean up and places like this only eliminate one of those things."
"I read the reviews and I don’t think people are being really honest. The french fries are just like McDonald’s and the burger is a glorified steak ‘n Shake burger. They are very very thin and just sit in the middle of the bread. My daughter brought home the Parmesan crusted burger for me. I could barely eat it. It’s all bread now the highlight was the sauce but I have that put on the side. I have a picture below of how small the meat is in. That was just half a sandwich I won’t ask her when she goes again to get me anything because for $15 I could’ve went to steak ‘n Shake and spent five."
"As we were visiting first Friday in downtown Goshen, we stopped by to eat at Biebs and Ash. It did not disappoint! We crushed some delicious food. The service was great as well. We ordered the limited Caveman Smash with banger fries - promotion of their opening of another location in Mishawaka. We also ordered the Nashville season cheese curds. Our daughter crushed her cheeseburger and fries. We were super full and happy with our experience! Must try spot!"
