"The food was good and fresh..the young girl working drive thru was very rude and acted like she was better than the customers and about threw our drink and food at us without saying a word"

"Rude staff, prices are different from other locations, and the food sucks! On my first trip, my order was made incorrectly, and when I asked for my money back, the manager stated that my order was only a few dollars, and that a refund shouldn't be needed over a few dollars. Needless to say, I ended getting my money back after telling her about herself. Then on my second trip, the sandwich I ordered was more than double the price it is at the elkhart location. I asked the lady at the window why the price difference was so much and she began to pop her gums and get smart mouthed with me and bragging about her job as if being a drive through window girl at hardees is a major accomplishment. I will never return to this location until they make some replacements with the employees."

"18 mins just to get someone to take my order. There’s 5 people behind me . The cashier was taking 1 order at a time then leaving the register to put drive thru orders together. I get you short staffed but this is lack of proper customer service. There was multiple people in the kitchen plus 2 workers in the drive thru. Drivers can’t afford to wait that long just to order plus the 25 mins till we get our food ."

"This is a newer location and it is running efficiently. I visited Hardees and ordered the chicken strips. Request fresh ones at the counter. The atmosphere is friendly and the service at this location was good."
