Made immediate appointment on-line with our local WellNow in Lowell, Michigan and was attended to promptly after I arrived. All staff were prompt, polite and caring. The PCT Nichole listened to and responded to my needs with kindness and support. My provider Julie was compassionate, thorough, understanding, and caring the entirety of my visit. They gave me a clear diagnosis and the medication needed for treatment. They even gave me a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing as well. The staff and the care I received was excellent from the moment I walked in to the time I left."
"Come for the slushees, stay for the excellent care. ☺️ My sister accidentally cut her finger and we needed stitches. We were in and out in under an hour. We had no wait on a Friday at 5pm. Everyone was friendly, quick and helpful. Love the convenience of an urgent care just around the corner. A reminder to be kind to staff - they are under a lot of stress these days. Thank you!"
