"For three weeks my child has been coughing terribly. A week in to the sickness I saw a random doctor. (Not his PCP) recommended rest, fluids, Claritin.. second week, slight ear infection, antibiotics, (still coughing) third week, saw female doctor along side with dr Tamlin, nothing wrong. Just “wait”. Next day, rushed him to urgent care, covid, RSV, Flu tests preformed, chest X-ray done. Pneumonia… thanks west front for not doing proper protocol and caring for my child! Will be finding another PCP."

"Extremely difficult to get basic medication questions answered. Lack of communication from front desk workers as they do not tell you what they’re doing you just get transferred. Have never gotten off the phone and felt that my needs were met. Good enough in person but serious lack of support for people just trying to figure stuff out. Been going for years, avoid this place if you can."

"1. Difficult to get a sick appointment, even though the organization markets themselves as able to accommodate such need 2. Generally don’t receive any actual treatment for my concerns, but they love to give referrals to specialists with long wait lists. Please know you’ll generally need to take time off work at least 2 times- once for the referral and once to actually see someone who can provide treatment. They doctors seem to function more as case managers instead of actual doctors. 3. You have to call and wait on hold for any type of concern. I just called and waited on hold for 17 minutes and 12 seconds to cancel an appointment I’ve been waiting for (a sick appt) after receiving a voicemail that the appt needs to be rescheduled because the provider won’t be in office."

"My overall experience with the staff at WFPC has been positive, except for Dr. March, who I recently saw for a severely strained calf muscle. As he entered the exam room, instead of greeting me, he said to his student “his veins are garbage” in reference to a vascular disease I live with which was not the reason for the visit. His “exam” of my calf was hostile instead of diagnostic: he squeezed my leg forcefully and pressed his fingers deeply into my calf causing pain, and continued for several seconds after I said firmly: “That’s enough.” He brushed aside my requests for compression equipment for muscle injury and to work with a physical therapist for rehab, and when I insisted that I wanted to do whatever I could to optimize the healing he said “there’s nothing you can do.” He said to rest, ice, elevate (which I was already doing without it getting better), “take ibuprofen, it will resolve itself”. I’m exploring the possibility of one of the other Dr.’s as my new PCP. I sought a second opinion for the treatment of my injury, and Dr. March is no longer my PCP, I will never see him again. This was not a healthcare visit, it was exposure to abuse. I cannot recommend him."

"Great experience from check-in to check-out! The support staff is so friendly and attentive. Dr. Peterson gave me as much time as I wanted to express myself, and was genuinely caring and present during our visit, even taking hand-written notes. Loved him! And loved his MA, Jaimie! This was my first visit at WFPC and I am very happy with my new Doctor and staff!"
