"I have been taking 2 of my kids here for a few years. I have been seen here also. Theresa the secretary is amazing, she is knowledgeable about insurances, policies and procedures, and is always willing to help with appointments. She is an asset here. The other Teresa, therapist is who my kids see. She is caring, patient, and does her job well! My kids get upset when we have to cancel or she does. She is very limited as she travels from their other office in TC! She is a godsend! I should probably not put that out here as she fills up quick and we need our appointments but, the place is amazing with adults and children! Highly recommend!"

"Well my experience has been with an employee Stacy, she was, is a friend of my girlfriend. She held herself out as the office manager and when me and my girl had an argument decided to intervene with advice, saying she sees it all the time. I knew they were friends, but she not only talked to me from the work place l, we talked after. Bottom line, she held herself out as a professional, her advice was just a set-up... don't use your workplace as a tool for personal reasons. Hire better people."

"Spoke with a gal by the name of Teresa, it was such a pleasant and quick process over the phone to get me started. I love how she took the time to listen, very understanding to my situation and was very detailed explaining everything to me. Thanks again!!!"

"I called to set up an appointment and the person that answered was very rude. She was annoyed by my questions and seemed to be irritated she even had to answer the phone. I gave the location the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was new? Seeing a psychologist, we were in need of open arms and compassionate care. But showing and leaving the appointment she made myself and my partner so uncomfortable. After seeing the psychologist our main conversation is how disrespectful and rude the lady at the receptionist desk was and why she was working there. My partner even said he couldn’t focus on the session because all he could think about is how rude she was."
