"I have had nothing but the best experiences with Gaylord Vet Clinic in the past 12 years that I have brought my animals to them! They are always willing to work with me! Yesterday I called saying my pup was miserable with an ear infection and because she had been seen semi-recently they allowed me to send photos and a description of the issue instead of paying for a full visit. Today they prescribed meds to help my pup heal but I was working past close & it is Friday. They made sure to leave the meds in a drop box so my pup could start her recovery immediately! A few years ago, my son stepped on one of our kittens and the kitten was in rough shape and had to be tube fed. I am also a full time working single mom, so the owner was kind enough to help babysit the kitten while I worked (as he needed 24 hour care). While the kitten was in her care I brought moma cat to help ease kittens nerves while picking him up. Momma cat ran away and the owner came outside and spent hours helping me look for her. We could not find momma cat and I had to get back to my kiddos. Gaylord vet caught momma cat within the next two weeks and kept her safe for me to pick up! I could go on and on about how they have went above and beyond for me almost every time I have visited them! Gaylord vet has definitely shown me that it pays off to stay a loyal patient over the years, as they trust me as much as I do them now! This review is wayyy over due! "Over the past 10 years or so, we have taken our dog Cooper here for all his routine care and have been very pleased with the care and service they have provided. Today, after Copper fell down our stairs and was in noticeable pain and could not put any weight on his rear leg, I was told they were to busy and he could not be seen. They said I should call around to other vets. After several calls Hall Vet Clinic got me right in for x-rays and treatment plan. Most likely will not be returning for future care at Gaylord Veterinary Clinic. We are very disappointed."

"We had our wirehaired pointing griffon here for his care for most of his life,. Couldn't be happier with the care he got. Now my girlfriend takes her standard poodle there and is also very happy with the care of an elderly pet with health issues. Hope they will take us back with our new pup."

"I only went once with my girlfriend's family for their little dog, Lulu, to get groomed. But based off of the way they greeted one of the staff, I could see the level of trust they had. Lulu also seemed to be perfectly fine sitting in her arms, which is very comforting to see for any owner, I would imagine. She told us to be back in 2 hours and Lulu would be ready. We returned, almost exactly 2 hours later (3 minutes earlier) and she was correct. Lulu looked fantastic and was very happy. I would gladly take my animals here."
