"Well I tried leaving a message as it is an option to do so on the automated system, but everytime I attempt when it's "recording" I get 3 words in and it says: "message has not been recorded". I didn't even pause or press # to end , so I'm not sure why it's an option to leave a message at all because you can't."

"Very unhelpful. They informed me they weren't accepting new patients so there is no need to call this office."

"In a situation where a doctor, not a nurse practitioner, is necessary to assess and treat a patient - you won’t find help here if you’re not already an established patient. The only assistance provided by the office staff is to “go to the ER” or use a nurse practitioner (who has inadequate training to deal with the type of non-emergency medical complaint given to the receptionist). This office would rather have a bed tied up in an ER, which would prevent an emergency from being tended to by the ER Physicians than to allow an out-of-town patient to make an appointment and be seen by the physician at their office. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Do not recommend."

"Thank you for allowing our high school classes to use the ear model. It made learning easier and a lot more interesting"
