Way better than Mclaren for sure, never will I go back to mclaren I'll always come back here! Fantastic"

"If I could give it a lesser star I would! My grandma has been in the er for a couple hours now and she does have a bladder problem. The nurses told her to pee on a pad and they will change it. She tried her hardest not to but she finally couldn't help it. She rang and rang for her nurse with no answer. She finally calls me asking if I could call and let them know. Before I got half way through my sentence the nurse very rudely interrupts and says THATS NOT TRUE and went on a rant. I simply said can someone go check on her right now then?? She laughed at me and said yes mam! What a joke of a hospital staff. If you want professional help go to petsokey becuase you will not find it at the charliviox hospital."

"This winter I was getting over covid decided I was going to go snowblow the driveway I was feeling pretty good came inside and my heart started racing couldnt catch my breath my chest was tight as well so my mom rushed me over there the put me on a monitor my 02 levels were ok but elevated pulse and BP had a pulse of like 140 a BP of 142 over 90 or something the just made me sit there and basically nap no EKG no treatments nothing just layed there for 5 hours I had one check they told me I was still covid positive from what there tests indicate I went home took my own fda approved test and I was negative so no ekg no treatment just basically went to the ER to take a 5 hour nap 2 weeks later got a $500 hospital bill!!! I will never go to Munson again!!!"

"Great experience! Except for the check in lady, every one was amazing. My nurse Theresa was an angel from heaven. The CEO was walk-in around giving people snacks while they waited. The doctor and the staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. Overall great ER experience."

"I had a total hip replacement at Munson in Charlevoix and I had the best care! The staff was so nice and friendly. They seemed like they actually cared about there patients and it showed. I just want to Thank everyone for for such great care. And I will be seeing you all again in four months for the left hip. I highly recommend this hospital."
