"I hadn't been to the dentist in four years, but moved to Charlevoix and chose Dr. Balasz as my dentist. I had some very old fillings that were cracked. Dr. Balasz told me what should be done soon and what could wait for the future. I ended up needing 3 crowns and a filling. I can't express how smooth and easy this experience was. The office makes the crowns on-site, and they're perfectly molded and fit - absolutely no problems. I've never had such a pleasant experience in a dentists chair. They have blankets in case you're cold, sunglasses if you don't like the light shining down on you, and are focused on your comfort and good care. I have total trust in Dr. Balasz. (I never thought I'd gush about a dentist.)"
"I needed immediate care from a dentist in Charlevoix today. I researched available local dentists and called Dr. Balasz's office at 8:02 a.m. Carol answered the phone and was wonderful. She called me back within a few minutes and I had an appointment at 1:00 pm. Dr. Balasz found the time in his busy scheduled to remove my failed implant. I left his office at 2:00 p.m. The entire staff was efficient, friendly and welcoming. The office is pleasant, bright, and clean. This was a great experience for me."
