"I came to this pharmacy for the first time about a week ago and I was suffering from a tremendous amount of tooth pain from a failed root canal. The pharmacy was quite busy, but the pharmacist, Hanan, looked my way and saw how miserable I was feeling. She paused her process and spoke to me directly, asking questions about how she could help me. When I explained my predicament, she said we're gonna get right on that and get you out of here. This is contrary to a lot of experiences with medical professionals over the last few years. It was refreshing and very appreciated as I was in agony, and she showed me a bit of kindness. I returned a few days later, in much better shape and thanked her, she was so humble. I now have a new pharmacy and a new pharmacist for a very long time I hope."
