"Absolutely hands down worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve had so many issues with Walgreens in the past couple years but this last couple months has been horrible. I’ve had prescriptions that I’ve had to have my dr call in multiple times because for some reason Walgreens “never received them.” The drive thru takes at least 30 mins to get through every time no matter what. As well as inside one time I waited a whole hour to be helped inside. Recently I went to fill my prescription the same one I’ve been taking for 2 years and filling there for 2 years. I was informed that they couldn’t bill my insurance for it and that I had an issue with my insurance. After spending days and many hours on the phone with the insurance company there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. So I tried calling the store 4-5 times in a 3 hour period I never got an answer. Later that night I went up there to resolve the issue. I showed my insurance cards and was told they don’t take my insurance. Since when? The whole time I was there the phone was ringing, 4 people working and not one of them even attempted to answer the phone. I simply just said ok I’ll have it transferred and left. Next day I had it switched to cvs and it was filled in a hour. I will never use walgreens again."
