"Worst pharmacy in Livingston Co. beyond incompetent. Tried to ask the tech if my daughter had any refills and she was snarky and rude and said “I guess I’m too stupid to know” was then sent to the pharmacist “Penny” where the tech clearly got her (lack of) customer service skills from who was equally as rude and uninformed and said I hurt the girls feelings because I asked if my daughter Rx had any refills!?! Seriously!!?? Isn’t that their job? Beyond ridiculous experience. I just wanted my kids prescriptions refilled and all I got was two condescending, rude employees who could NOT have cared less about my child or her refill."

"I just transferred my prescriptions from a different Meijer to this Meijer because I am moving and it was a great experience! I had to hold on the phone for a few minutes but after that the employee on the phone was very helpful. I was able to get all my prescriptions transferred and she let me know which ones would take longer because they would need to be ordered. I think a lot of the negative posts on here are due to the fact that the pharmacy is very busy and short staffed. Patience is a must when it comes to pharmacy pick up."

"I'm disabled and can't drive. I recently found out that of my critical prescription might run so I called my Doctor to get a new prescription. The roads were snowy and icy. I found out that Meijer now allows delivery to my home. Once the prescription was filled I just called my local pharmacy to have them deliver the prescription. I was a Godsend."

"Done using Meijer pharmacy. I've had issues in the past, but after today I'm never using them again. I get a script filled the day after I get it, every month, like clockwork! Today I try & fill it, he said they dont have enough in stock, okay cool! Can we do a partial (which is what they normally do if they don't have enough) the guy comes back with an attitude saying that I should have enough left for 8 days, and that they can't keep filling it 2 days early every month! It's a month supply & I go to my drs every 4 weeks! I'm not sure if partials just don't show up in the system, so it looks like I pick the entire thing up on monday?? But I'm over it!"

"I switched to CVS 3 years ago. My doctor electronically sent in a prescription to Meijer's pharmacy for me. When I arrived, the man at the counter said it had just come through and it would be a half hour. I went and sat down to wait. I went back up a half hour later and the same man said I had the prescription filled somewhere else. I told him I had not as I left my phone in the car and had never left the store. I had to go back to my doctor's office to ask them to send it to CVS."
